- Our providers accept many different types of health plans, checks, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
- Our office staff will work diligently with you to help you secure pre-authorization for services, which is required by
many insurance companies. If you have trouble getting authorized, please contact our office staff so that we might help you
with that process if necessary.
- Our providers are on many different insurance panels, to include Tricare, Military One Source (Ceridian), Blue Cross/Blue
Shield of Georgia, Georgia Medicaid, Wellcare, Alabama Medicaid, Cigna, Humana, Evergreen, and several EAP panels. Please
call us to determine if the provider you have selected is on your insurance panel.
- Although we will bill insurance for you, we do expect co-pays at the time of service as required by your health insurance
plan.
